Marc O'Polo Russia has centralized the management of customer reviews and business listings across 35 retail locations. The company integrated Google Maps, Yandex Maps, and 2GIS into a single interface to streamline operations and reduce response times.

Following the implementation, Google Maps saw a 2.6x increase in route requests to stores and a 31% rise in profile views. Yandex Maps and 2GIS experienced growth in profile views by 55% and 19% respectively, while website traffic from 2GIS increased 4.5 times.

The company reduced average response time to customer feedback by 42%. Territorial managers handle these responses manually without AI tools. To boost engagement, a staff competition generated over 450 new reviews in less than 30 days.

The average rating across all three platforms improved from 3.9 to 4.9. Several locations increased their scores from the 4.0–4.5 range to 4.8–5.0. The brand maintains a policy of not deleting or disputing negative feedback, using it for quality control.

The integration was executed using the RocketData platform. According to company leadership, the initiative aims to strengthen direct sales channels and improve customer relationship management through better visibility and actionable feedback loops.
