At the RBC Tech 2026 forum, MANGO OFFICE CEO Denis Golovanov introduced a new development strategy focused on digital employees. This initiative represents a shift from simple AI assistants to autonomous agents capable of performing end-to-end business tasks.

Unlike standard AI tools that require constant human prompting, digital employees are designed to handle complete workflows. They are granted access to corporate systems, follow defined operational rules, and are evaluated based on specific performance metrics.

Golovanov emphasized that this model allows companies to increase output without a proportional expansion of their workforce. Management will need to define which tasks to delegate to these digital agents while maintaining human oversight for final decisions and outcomes.

The company plans to integrate existing technologies, such as voice bots, speech analytics, and large language models, into unified systems. This integration will enable digital employees to execute sequences of actions independently to achieve business goals.

The CEO noted that automation should be applied strategically rather than universally. He advised businesses to first optimize their internal processes, as automating inefficient workflows will not improve results or address fundamental operational challenges.
