Luxembourg-based infrastructure developer LIAN Group is considering an initial public offering to raise approximately $500 million. The company is currently working with STJ Advisors to select banks for the process, with a potential listing targeted for 2027.

The firm is evaluating potential listing locations in both Europe and the United States. The proceeds from the offering are intended to fund the expansion of its data center portfolio, specifically scaling the capacity of its existing platforms.

LIAN Group, co-founded by Fiorenzo Manganiello and Nessim-Sariel Gaon between 2017 and 2019, operates the Norwegian data center platform PolarDC and the Israeli platform Anan. PolarDC, which launched in September 2024, focuses on AI and high-performance computing.

H.I.G. Capital acquired a majority stake in PolarDC in 2024. While LIAN Group has not disclosed its revenue or earnings, the company aims to capitalize on market interest in AI infrastructure, following recent large-scale industry deals.
