The software is designed to automate the filling and analysis of medical documentation using artificial intelligence. It utilizes voice input during patient appointments, where the AI transcribes speech, identifies key clinical details, and converts them into structured medical text.
The system automatically populates the required sections of electronic medical records within medical information systems. If data is missing, the program suggests options based on the patient's medical history and highlights empty fields, requiring the doctor to only review and sign the document.
According to the developer, this approach reduces documentation time by 80–90%, bringing the time spent on each document down to two minutes. The service has already been integrated into clinic networks such as Bud Zdorov and Polimedika to optimize patient intake and reduce staff workload.
The software was officially added to the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases in July 2026. This status confirms the product's Russian origin and allows medical organizations to more actively implement the solution as part of their digital transformation.
