Korus Consulting has updated its KONCRIT | WMS platform to support multi-warehouse management. The system allows companies to consolidate distribution centers, regional sites, and retail storage into a single management model, enabling centralized control over inventory and internal transfers without requiring separate WMS installations for each location.
The updated platform enables role-based access control, allowing central teams to oversee the entire network while local staff manage specific sites. Standardized processes and directories can be applied across the network or to specific groups of warehouses, which simplifies the integration of new facilities and reduces manual reconciliation tasks.
The system supports various infrastructure formats, including geographically dispersed sites and virtual warehouses. For locations with unstable connectivity or high loads, users can deploy local instances that synchronize with the central system. Additionally, the KONCRIT | Store module is available for managing retail floor inventory.
A single KONCRIT | WMS installation supports up to 5,000 concurrent users, 200,000 daily orders, and 1 million daily warehouse tasks. The platform utilizes a containerized architecture compatible with Kubernetes, allowing for horizontal scaling of specific components to handle peak loads. Automated test coverage for core functionality exceeds 85%.
The platform provides a unified data model that supports the integration of corporate AI tools. Using MCP servers, AI agents can access system functions and data while adhering to established security policies and user roles.
