The founder of Jinri Yixiu Technology reported that the development of the HarmonyOS version of their sleep tracking application is currently behind schedule. To address these challenges, the Huawei development team has established a dedicated support group to assist the company.

Wang Teng confirmed that the Zhuoyitong version of the application is already available for Huawei smartphones, while the native HarmonyOS version remains under active development. The company also plans to open its MCP, allowing various AI systems to integrate with the platform.

Regarding consumer policies, the company offers a seven-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy for its physical products. This follows the official launch of the ISHO sleep tracking app in late October, which provides features such as sleep data monitoring, energy scoring, and personalized recommendations.

The ISHO application initially launched in September with an internal beta test limited to iOS devices and Apple Watch integration. The current version now supports data synchronization and connectivity with various ecosystem devices.
