JD.com's quality dining brand, 7Fresh Small Kitchen, 7Fresh Small Kitchen has introduced its first own intelligent mobile food truck. The vehicle is being showcased at the China International Fair for Trade in Services from September 9 to 13.
The food truck is equipped with three intelligent stir-fry robots and an intelligent coffee machine. This setup allows for an integrated operation where sales are handled at the front end and fresh stir-fry dishes are prepared by robots at the back end.
The system utilizes AI recipe algorithms to drive the robots, while standardized SOPs ensure consistent dish quality. The company has integrated the process from ingredient procurement and cold chain fulfillment to intelligent cooking and on-site sales.
7Fresh Small Kitchen plans to expand the use of these mobile food trucks in domestic markets for exhibitions, music festivals, and sporting events. For international markets, the the company is developing a service package for the food trucks to promote AI-driven dining services globally.
