IT Task, an information security integrator, has integrated the Indeed Access Manager (Indeed AM) solution into its commercial Security Operations Center (SOC) infrastructure. The system is designed to provide two-factor authentication for both internal staff and client representatives accessing IRP platforms and MSSP services.
The implementation follows a pilot testing phase conducted within the company's own infrastructure to ensure compatibility with existing SOC services. Following successful trials, the integrator transitioned the solution to industrial operation, deploying a total of 100 licenses to secure access to its service portals.
This security upgrade aims to mitigate risks associated with credential compromise and standardize access requirements across the MSSP service line. The move supports IT Task's strategy to enhance protection for its client interaction channels as it scales its managed security operations and expands its customer base.
According to IT Task, the integration addresses specific security requirements for its clients and serves as a foundational element for the ongoing standardization of its SOC service architecture. The project was executed in partnership with Indeed, a Russian developer specializing in identity protection technologies.
