IQAX is building digital trade infrastructure by integrating electronic Bills of Lading (eBLs), artificial intelligence, IoT, digital twins, and blockchain. The company recently surpassed one million eBLs issued. Its platform utilizes the GSBN blockchain and adheres to industry standards such as DCSA, BIMCO, and ISO to ensure system interoperability.
The company employs AI for vessel arrival prediction, supply chain risk management, and cold-chain monitoring. Its IoT platform currently supports over 92,000 connected devices across 200 regions and 11,000 city pairs. Additionally, IQAX uses digital twins to model physical assets, including vessels, containers, and terminals, to simulate the impact of potential supply chain disruptions.
In a July 2025 case study involving grape shipments from Peru to China, the integration of predictive intelligence and logistics planning reduced transit time by 10 days and cut transportation costs by 20%. Furthermore, the company reports that its AI capabilities can decrease manual pre-trip inspection workloads by up to 70%.
IQAX is expanding its presence beyond China, targeting markets in India and Latin America. The company noted that eBL transaction volumes for Brazil increased fourfold in 2025. CEO George Guo stated that the long-term objective is to transition from a shipping technology provider to a comprehensive digital trade infrastructure provider.
