At the ProcessTech forum, Infomaximum CEO Alexander Bochkin introduced a new methodology for corporate AI integration. The approach is implemented in the latest version of the Proceset platform, which combines process research with AI-driven automation.

The methodology emphasizes that companies must first analyze actual business operations using Process Mining and Task Mining technologies. This step identifies inefficiencies and bottlenecks before any automation is applied, ensuring that AI is used only where it provides measurable economic value.

Proceset utilizes a hybrid model to mitigate risks in critical processes. While AI handles tasks requiring interpretation and generation, predictable and high-stakes operations are executed via pre-defined scripts and API integrations to prevent errors.

The platform features visual verification, displaying automation scenarios as graphic schemes. This allows business teams to assess task alignment, IT departments to verify system interactions, and security specialists to monitor constraints and permissions.
