At the 2026 Media Open Day in Shanghai, Iluvatar CoreX demonstrated its Tiangai 300 general-purpose GPU for the first time. According to the company, the chip is the first domestic GPU to match the performance of the Nvidia H200, with third-party tests showing a single-card throughput approximately 1.05 times that of the H200.
The company also highlighted its IXL144 super-node solution, which was previously showcased at the China International Industry Fair. This system integrates 144 GPUs and 18 CPUs in a single cabinet with 10.1TB of video memory. Iluvatar CoreX claims this configuration reduces the cost per million effective tokens by 40% compared to international standards.
Technical progress was reported in heterogeneous deployment, specifically with the first domestic GPU and XPU AFD separation scheme. This implementation reportedly reduces inference latency by 60%. Additionally, the company showcased the Tongyang TY1200 edge chip, which offers 300 TOPS of dense computing power and supports GPU-accelerated physical simulation via MuJoCo-Warp.
