Huntington Bank has launched a new platform called Intelligent Treasury, developed in partnership with the fintech firm Kyriba. The tool is designed to unify distributed treasury operations for commercial clients, allowing them to monitor balances, track transactions, generate cash forecasts, and manage payments across multiple banking relationships.
The bank, which is among the top 10 commercial lenders in the United States, operates approximately 1,400 branches across 21 states. According to Deepak Kapoor, head of payments product, the platform aims to help businesses reduce resource consumption and improve financial planning by centralizing data from various sources.
This release follows several recent initiatives by Huntington. On October 19, the bank introduced 1866 Studio, an operating system for small businesses built on Google Gemini AI. Additionally, on October 13, the bank expanded its corporate banking division to support international companies, and in June, it joined the CHIPS high-value payments network.
