Richard Yu, executive director at Huawei, announced that the Maextro brand will launch its large luxury SUV early next year. This model aims to expand the company's premium vehicle lineup, which currently includes the V800 and V680 flagship MPVs released in August.
The upcoming SUV is expected to feature a split headlight design and traditional side mirrors. Spy shots suggest the vehicle may offer two different taillight options, including one similar to the Maextro V800. It remains unclear if the SUV will adopt the large front logo seen on the brand's MPVs.
Huawei plans to introduce more competitive products across its Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance brands, including Luxeed, Stelato, and Arcfox, throughout next year. By 2026, the Maextro brand intends to complete its luxury portfolio by covering sedan, MPV, and SUV segments.
