Huawei has increased the price of the Enjoy 90 Plus smartphone by ¥300, bringing the starting price to ¥1799. While official channels reflect this hike, JD.com currently offers a coupon that reduces the effective price to ¥1419 during the Double 11 promotion period.

The Enjoy 90 Pro Max model also saw a price increase of approximately ¥200, with current pricing ranging from ¥1899 to ¥2599. Meanwhile, the standard Enjoy 90 version remains priced between ¥1299 and ¥1599. These adjustments follow a broader trend of rising component costs.

Huawei executive Richard Yu noted that rising memory component prices have added over $200 to the production cost of each device. Consequently, the company has implemented multiple price hikes across its product lines, including the Mate 80 and nova 16 series, over the past two months.

Industry data from TrendForce indicates that DRAM and NAND Flash contract prices are expected to rise by 10% to 20% in the fourth quarter of 2026. This trend is driven by significant surges in memory hardware costs, such as a 340% increase in DDR4 16GB memory module prices over the past year.

In addition to hardware, Huawei is raising subscription fees for its Health Vitality Life membership starting November 16, 2026. The monthly subscription will increase from ¥15 to ¥29, with corresponding price hikes applied to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
