Huasu Holdings issued an official apology following the accidental publication of a draft document containing over 30 revision marks. The incident occurred on October 9 when a staff member uploaded an incorrect version of the equity acquisition progress report to the public disclosure platform.

The leaked document contained more than 30 revision tags, including over 20 deletion records, with most marks concentrated on the second page. These annotations included deleted figures and specific transaction terms that were meant to be removed from the final version of the eight-page PDF report.

The company clarified that the draft version and the final official version are identical in substance. The revisions primarily involved adjustments to the guarantee scope and repayment terms for the target company, which the firm described as more precise wording based on actual conditions.

Huasu Holdings stated that the error did not involve sensitive information or impact the core terms of the acquisition. The company plans to strengthen its internal information disclosure procedures and review mechanisms to prevent similar administrative mistakes in the future.
