The incident involving a Honor X70 smartphone, which previously sparked public concern, has been resolved following a clarification from the user. On September 10, a resident of Jinan named Mr. Zhang claimed on social media that his mother missed critical medical assistance due to the device's Magic Poster feature.

A third-party investigation confirmed that the smartphone functioned normally during the incident. System logs show that between 4:39 AM and 5:43 AM on August 30, the device successfully placed eight outgoing calls and received two incoming calls. The logs indicate the phone did not access the Magic Poster interface during this period.

Access to the Magic Poster feature was recorded only at 5:43 AM, with the user exiting the interface eight seconds later. Mr. Zhang acknowledged that his initial claims were based on a misunderstanding caused by emotional distress during a family emergency. He apologized for the impact his posts had on the Honor brand.

The user confirmed that his father, who suffers from cerebral infarction, was able to use the Honor X70 to make emergency calls during the early morning hours. Mr. Zhang stated that his original intent in posting was to highlight potential technical issues, but he now recognizes that the device was not responsible for the situation.
