Honor has officially launched the Play20C smartphone for the global market, starting with availability in Nigeria. The device is a variation of the Honor X5d s model and features a unique design element: a secondary 2-inch touchscreen located on the rear panel, similar to the layout found on high-end Xiaomi Pro series devices.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.78-inch IPS display offering HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The rear camera system includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The device is powered by a 6000 mAh battery that supports 15W charging.

Hardware specifications vary by configuration. The 4/64 GB version runs on a Unisoc T610 processor, while the 4/128 GB model utilizes a Unisoc T615 chipset. The phone is available in green, black, and gold color options, with the gold variant being exclusive to this model compared to the X5d s.

The Honor Play20C is currently listed on the company's global website. The retail price for the 4/64 GB configuration is set at $115.
