Higgsfield, a San Francisco-based AI video startup, expects to reach $1 billion in annualized revenue by the end of 2026. The company reached a $500 million run rate by mid-June 2026, marking a tenfold increase from the $50 million recorded in September 2025.
The platform, launched in March 2025 by CEO Alex Mashrabov, serves over 30 million users in more than 200 countries. Advertising drives 70% of the company's business, with 390 Fortune 500 companies currently using the service to generate video advertisements at scale.
In August 2026, Higgsfield secured $400 million in a Series B funding round, bringing its valuation to $5.4 billion. This represents a fourfold increase from the $1.3 billion valuation reached during a Series A extension in January 2026.
The company integrates third-party technology, such as OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra model, to avoid the high compute costs associated with building foundation models from scratch. The platform offers marketing-focused presets and AI agents for non-technical users.
