Harley-Davidson has unveiled the Sprint, an entry-level motorcycle designed to attract new riders. The 2027 model is priced at $6000 and features a 440cc single-cylinder engine producing 27 horsepower and 38 Nm of torque. The bike is paired with a six-speed manual transmission.

The Sprint weighs 187 kilograms, which is approximately 45 kilograms lighter than other Harley-Davidson models. It includes a 9.1-liter fuel tank with a fuel consumption rate of about 2.9 liters per 100 kilometers. Standard equipment features a 3.5-inch display, LED lighting, and an anti-lock braking system.

The motorcycle is based on the X440 model developed by India's Hero MotoCorp. While the original platform is sold in Asian markets, the new Sprint has been adapted for Western buyers and will be manufactured at the company's facility in Pennsylvania. Optional accessories include side bags and a windshield.

With this launch, Harley-Davidson aims to compete in the small-displacement motorcycle segment against brands such as Royal Enfield and Triumph. The design retains classic brand elements, including a low seat, curved handlebars, a raked front fork, and cast wheels.
