Russian software developer GrafTech has launched free access to its collaborative platform GrafBoard for teams affected by the recent Miro service restrictions. The offer remains valid from October 20 through December 31, 2026, providing full functionality and data migration capabilities.

Users can import boards from Miro while maintaining original structures, including frames, connectors, shapes, and text. Data from Notion, Confluence, and Google Docs can be transferred via Markdown and DOCX files. Interested teams can sign up on the official website, with options for corporate deployment or on-premise hosting.

GrafBoard integrates online whiteboards with a knowledge base, supporting various templates such as Kanban, SWOT, and BPMN. The platform includes collaboration tools like timers and voting. It is listed in the Russian software registry under entry number 26577 and is compatible with Astra Linux, Alt, and Red OS.

Designed for corporate and government sectors, the platform supports LDAP, SSO, and Active Directory, along with SIEM and DLP integration. An integrated AI assistant generates text and diagrams using local or Russian models to ensure data security. CEO Petr Vasilenko noted that a licensing model for smaller teams is currently in development.
