Lilly Chen, founder of the Philadelphia-based software company FSH Technologies, has secured $25 million in total funding. The company recently closed a $20 million Series A round in approximately one week.

The Series A round included participation from investors such as Lachy Groom, General Catalyst, Ramp, Scribble Ventures, Operator Partners, and Basis Set Ventures. Contrary led the company's initial seed financing in 2021.

FSH Technologies focuses on developing software for government administrative tasks, including school food services and public records management. The company currently employs approximately eight or nine people.

The startup generated less than $100 000 in revenue during its first year of operation. Jason Chen, who previously invested in the company through Contrary, now serves as the chief operating officer.
