Google is preparing to launch its next-generation AI model, Gemini 4 Argon. The model has already been integrated into the Google Cloud platform and is being deployed within the company's internal systems, including the new Antigravity programming tool where it serves as the default model.

The model has demonstrated advanced agentic capabilities, including the ability to perform direct code commits. Reports indicate that thousands of Google employees are currently utilizing Gemini 4 Argon for professional coding, large-scale code repository migrations, and tasks related to quantum computing.

Two new components, Antigravity and Concierge, are central to the model's ecosystem. Antigravity is identified as a new or upgraded integrated development environment (IDE), while Concierge is described as a tool designed to manage complex workflows across Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and local file systems via voice requests.

The release of Gemini 4 Argon is expected to occur soon, potentially within the current week. Prior to the public rollout, the model was made available to government entities and cybersecurity organizations through the Fairwind program, and it is currently accessible to a subset of Pro users.
