The Main Scientific Innovation Implementation Center (GNIVTS) has optimized its hiring process by 80% following the implementation of the Directum HR Pro system. The transition allowed the organization to digitize 234 types of personnel documents, including orders, notifications, and various agreements, with 95% of the staff now utilizing the platform.
The new digital workflow enables employees to submit HR requests, sign documents, and review internal regulations remotely. Hiring is now conducted entirely online, utilizing identity verification through the Gosuslugi portal. These changes have resulted in a twofold reduction in labor costs for both HR specialists and job candidates during the onboarding process.
GNIVTS opted for a comprehensive rollout rather than a phased approach, digitizing all legally permissible HR documents immediately. The company is actively customizing the system using no-code tools to manage document routing and integration with internal software beyond 1C:ZUP. This allows managers to track document status and employee engagement in real time.
Looking ahead, the organization has outlined plans to integrate its digital HR document archive with the company-wide electronic storage system. This project is scheduled for completion within the next two years as part of the ongoing effort to unify internal operational approaches.
