The Peralta D is a new 2+2 coupe based on the Maserati GranTurismo, presented on October 24 at the 2026 Pastejé Automotive Invitational in Mexico. The vehicle was commissioned by entrepreneur Carlos Peralta and designed by Fabrizio Giugiaro of GFG Style as a unique collector’s item.

The car features a hand-hammered copper body with a mirrored glass upper section. Its structure utilizes carbon fiber and an aluminum platform derived from the donor Maserati model. The design includes geometric wheels in anthracite black and full-width light blades at the front and rear.

The vehicle replaces traditional doors with a single-motion dome canopy and adds rear gullwing-style openings for easier access to the back seats. This door mechanism references a 1967 design by Giorgetto Giugiaro for the De Tomaso Mangusta.

Inside, the cabin features leather upholstery with metallic accents, copper-thread stitching, and perforated Alcantara. The passenger side includes a dedicated makeup station with an illuminated mirror, while the rear console houses a retractable refrigerator for champagne.
