Frax is developing lending products and payment infrastructure to increase stablecoin adoption among corporate clients. The company is currently testing a receivables financing product on its FraxNet platform, which allows businesses to borrow funds against outstanding invoices.

CEO Sam Kazemian stated that Frax has signed agreements with several large companies, with official announcements expected soon. The firm targets businesses that handle international transactions and require specialized compliance and payment solutions.

The company offers the sfrxUSD savings product, which allows businesses to earn up to 5% annually on their frxUSD holdings while maintaining liquidity for payments or collateral. FraxNet, which launched to the public in October 2025, facilitates the minting and redemption of frxUSD.

Frax plans to introduce generalized lending vaults to allow external liquidity providers to participate in financing multiple receivables. The company also intends to integrate these services with FraxPay, though these applications remain in development.

The frxUSD stablecoin currently has approximately $100 million in circulation, with daily transaction volumes exceeding $10 million. Kazemian noted that Frax intends to collaborate with other stablecoin initiatives, such as Open USD, to ensure interoperability.
