Tech analyst Ice Universe conducted a comparative test of camera performance at 5x zoom for three flagship smartphones: Huawei Mate 90 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and Samsung Galaxy S26.
The Huawei Mate 90 Pro Max demonstrated the most accurate color reproduction for the apple itself, although the overall image acquired a warm, yellowish tint that affected the appearance of the leaves.
The iPhone 18 Pro Max showed significant issues with white balance, as the entire frame exhibited a noticeable shift toward red tones, resulting in a less realistic representation of the scene.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 produced the most realistic overall image. While the apple appeared slightly more saturated than in reality, the device provided the most natural background blur and color accuracy.
