EV Realty, founded in 2022, specializes in acquiring, developing, and operating grid-ready properties for electric truck fleets. The company utilizes a proprietary site selection platform called Compass to analyze utility data and identify locations with optimal power access.

In April 2026, the company launched its first Powered Property in San Bernardino, California. The facility features 76 high-power charging ports with a total capacity of 9 MW, supporting over 200 trucks daily. Hardware includes Kempower chargers capable of 500 kW via CCS and 1.2 MW via MCS.

The San Bernardino site serves fleet customers including J.B. Hunt Transport, Gate City Beverage, and Nevoya. The facility offers 24/7 on-site amenities, parking, and fleet management software from Synop for reservations and reporting.

In September 2026, EV Realty acquired a new site in Ontario, California, with construction scheduled to begin in 2027. Henrik Holland, formerly of Prologis and Shell Technology Ventures, currently serves as the company's President.
