ElevenLabs is integrating its own AI agents into internal operations to manage sales, recruitment, and staff support. The company's inbound sales agent processed over 3,000 customer leads this year, qualifying more than 90% of them across 32 languages without human intervention.
Beyond sales, the company utilizes AI for onboarding new hires through simulated customer interactions and conducts first-round job interviews using automated agents. Internal help desk agents operating within Slack handle over 5,000 inquiries monthly and generate more than 150 support and engineering tickets.
By late October 2026, these internal agents were saving the company over 1,200 working hours each month. The tools are built on the ElevenAgents platform, which the company also offers to external enterprise clients, including organizations like Deutsche Telekom and the Ukrainian government.
ElevenLabs, founded in 2022 and based in London, has seen significant valuation growth. Following a $500 million Series D round in February 2026 at an $11 billion valuation, a September 2026 employee tender offer valued the firm at $22 billion.
