EFSOL has launched an early access program for an AI-powered incident analyzer within its Metrika42 platform. The tool is designed to help IT directors in the retail sector identify the root causes of performance issues in 1C software systems.
The AI analyzer processes user operation data, 1C event logs, server metrics, and database information to generate diagnostic reports. It provides teams with detected anomalies, primary and secondary hypotheses, and a recommended sequence for verification.
This automation aims to reduce the time spent on manual data collection and cross-referencing. By providing a factual basis for incidents, the tool allows managers to assign specific tasks to relevant specialists rather than issuing general troubleshooting requests.
The system also assists in evaluating infrastructure upgrade requests by correlating performance data with resource usage. This helps IT leaders justify technical changes or hardware investments to business stakeholders based on verified evidence.
In a previous case study involving a home goods retailer, the implementation of monitoring and expert analysis reduced incident response times from several hours to 15–20 minutes. The new AI tool seeks to further automate the initial investigation phase.
