Docsvision has introduced a new Notification Service module for its ECM platform. The tool enables the configuration of complex notification scenarios, including data aggregation from external corporate systems and internal platform records.
Users can set up alerts for custom events or recurring tasks. The module includes pre-configured templates for standard workflows such as task assignment, completion, and revision requests. Notifications can be delivered via email, SMS, or messaging apps.
The system supports advanced customization of notification design and metadata through XSLT transformations. The module was developed in collaboration with RKIT, a gold partner of Docsvision, as part of a joint development initiative.
