Diasoft is shifting its development strategy from simple AI-powered coding assistants to an AI-Native SDLC approach. The company argues that while modern models are capable of generating code, debugging, and writing tests, the primary challenge in enterprise systems lies beyond mere coding speed.

The core focus of the new strategy is to integrate artificial intelligence as a fundamental participant throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This includes analyzing architectural changes, ensuring compatibility with existing system components, and managing mandatory verification processes.

According to Dmitry Starov, Director of the Development Tools and Technologies Department, the adoption of AI-Native SDLC necessitates a complete restructuring of development processes. This transition also impacts the composition and roles of engineering teams within the organization.
