Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) has expanded its Preferred Partner Network (PPN) by adding 28 new Charge Point Operator (CPO) partnerships across 17 European countries. These updates, effective since July 1, 2026, bring the total reach of the PPN to 27 European markets.

The PPN allows users of the Charge Now service and various automaker white-label solutions, such as BMW Charging, Lexus, and Volvo, to access discounted charging rates. In Germany, the network includes operators like Ionity, Shell Recharge, and the newly added Fastned, with DC charging prices starting from 39 cents per kilowatt-hour.

The PPN operates separately from the broader DCS roaming network, which currently spans 1.2 million charging points across 31 markets in Europe and Japan. DCS evaluates supply and demand on a quarterly basis to refine the composition of its preferred partner list.

Founded in 2017, DCS originally focused on white-label charging services for automotive manufacturers. In 2026, the company launched an eMSP-as-a-Service offering, allowing energy suppliers, fleet companies, and municipal utilities to access its infrastructure and roaming network via an API.
