Cyera Ltd. has secured $400 million in a funding extension led by Goldman Sachs. This capital injection follows a Series G round completed in June, which valued the cybersecurity startup at $12 billion. The company currently reports a valuation exceeding that figure.
The startup specializes in cloud-based platforms for data discovery and security. Following its June funding, Cyera expanded its focus to AI agent protection by launching Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint. These tools monitor AI agents, scan for vulnerabilities, and enforce security policies to prevent unauthorized data access.
Cyera Endpoint specifically monitors AI agents operating on employee devices to prevent data leakage. Additionally, the company recently completed the acquisition of Oasis Security Ltd. for $1 billion. Oasis provides technology for securing non-human identities, which are essential for AI agents to access corporate applications.
CEO Yotam Segev stated that the new funding will accelerate the integration of data and identity security. The company plans to utilize the capital to develop further AI security features and scale its operations within international markets and the federal government sector.
