Cyberdom has launched its second special program for IT and cybersecurity executives, inviting leaders to join its professional community. The application process for this intake is open until October 2, 2026. The community currently brings together experts from 20 different economic sectors, hosting over 100 professional events annually.
The program targets executives at the CEO-3 level for companies with a turnover exceeding 2 ₽ billion, and CEO-2 for those with a turnover below that threshold. Candidates must possess at least five years of experience in IT or cybersecurity. IT integrators and vendors are excluded from this specific recruitment cycle.
Selected members are required to contribute to the community by launching initiatives, such as mentoring, conducting workshops, or leading industry-specific working groups within six months. The first program intake held in early 2026 resulted in 12 new members who established groups focused on aviation and AI in cybersecurity.
Successful applicants can join the club under special terms, with a fee of 1,000 ₽ for the first six months of membership. Following the initial period, participants may extend their residency at preferential rates. The selection process involves an application review followed by individual interviews with the club's team and ambassadors.
