The Crew-13 mission successfully docked with the International Space Station on October 1 at 19:05 Eastern Time. The spacecraft reached the station in approximately 7 hours and 50 minutes, setting a new record for the fastest transit of a US crewed vehicle to the ISS.

The mission launched aboard a Falcon 9 rocket from SLC-40 at 11:10 Eastern Time. Following the launch, the first stage performed a landing at LZ-40. The Dragon spacecraft separated from the second stage shortly after launch to begin its autonomous flight phase.

The crew officially joined the 75th Expedition team after the hatch opened at 20:45 Eastern Time. The mission is scheduled to last approximately 180 days, with the crew expected to depart the station and splash down in the Pacific Ocean in March 2027.

During their six-month stay, the astronauts will conduct scientific research, including studies on crop growth, health, and disease. These experiments are intended to support preparations for future missions to the Moon and Mars.
