The IT integrator Pervy Bit has automated treasury and budgeting processes for the Corporate Medicine Center holding. The company replaced manual Excel spreadsheets and paper-based approval workflows with a unified financial management system based on the Bit.Finance platform.

The implementation reduced financial document approval times by two to three times. Labor costs associated with data processing and reporting preparation decreased by 40%, while errors in data entry and payment approvals dropped by 50%. Additionally, paper and printing expenses were cut by 60%.

The new system integrates treasury, budgeting, plan-fact analysis, and contract compliance monitoring. It automatically verifies payment requests against budget limits and contract terms. The solution is connected to the holding's existing patient management, warehouse, and accounting systems.

The project was executed by the Pervy Bit office in Tomsk. Following the successful deployment, the companies have agreed on a roadmap to further expand management accounting and automate the management balance sheet.
