CoreWeave continues to expand its high-performance GPU computing infrastructure for artificial intelligence. The company has announced plans for three new data centers in Indonesia, which are expected to provide a combined 360 MW of contracted IT power. These facilities are scheduled to begin operations in 2028.

In India, the Adani Group is actively developing its data center footprint through the AdaniConneX joint venture. The company currently operates a site in Chennai and plans to expand into Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam. Additionally, Adani is collaborating with Google on a gigawatt-scale AI campus in Visakhapatnam, an initiative first announced around 2025.

The Adani Group has committed to significant investments in renewable energy-powered AI data centers, with potential spending reaching $100 billion by 2035. The group aims to achieve 5 GW of total capacity. Furthermore, the state of Odisha has approved a project for a 1 GW data center park linked to Adani, involving an investment of ₹1,04 trillion.

The Indian data center market is expected to grow between 3 and 7 times by 2030, largely due to the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence. Major local conglomerates, including Adani and Reliance, are currently positioning themselves as key hyperscalers to meet the rising demand for domestic computing power.
