The platform, launched in Qingdao, was developed with the participation of China Mobile Shandong. It functions as a centralized hub for marine industry intelligence, utilizing a standardized Token system to manage data, computing power, and algorithmic services.
The infrastructure includes a database containing over 130 categories of marine-related information, such as maritime operation standards and environmental factors. The computing resource pool currently exceeds 800P and is undergoing continuous expansion to meet industry demands.
The algorithmic layer integrates more than 20 specialized marine large models, including Guan Hai and Haixing, alongside over 30 general-purpose models like Jiu Tian. These resources are delivered through the China Mobile Qingdao data center, which supports high-precision tasks.
By standardizing data governance and computing scheduling, the platform aims to lower entry barriers for marine enterprises. It provides millisecond-level delivery of intelligent services, supporting applications ranging from numerical simulations to complex target identification.
