The State Council Information Office reported on the progress of major national infrastructure projects during a press conference. These initiatives, collectively known as the Six Networks, include water, power, computing, communication, urban underground, and logistics networks, which are central to the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Data from the National Bureau of Statistics indicates that by the end of June, China had completed more than 70 high-capacity computing channels centered around key computing hubs. These projects are part of a broader effort to strengthen infrastructure across various sectors, including transportation and energy.

Investment in internet and related services linked to the Six Networks grew by 42% in the first eight months of the year. During the same period, investments in the aviation and water transport sectors rose by 16.7% and 14.7% respectively, while the power supply industry saw an investment increase of 12.7%.
