The new Cherry MX3.0S PRO mechanical keyboard features a CNC-machined aluminum alloy body with an anodized finish. The device utilizes a steel-free internal structure with two layers of damping material and supports advanced SOCD key functions. It is compatible with web-based drivers.
The keyboard offers three main versions: wired non-backlit, wired RGB, and wireless RGB. Users can choose from three colors: peach, black, and white. Switch options include MX ILLUMA red, brown, and cherry switches, as well as MX2A blue switches.
Performance metrics show a USB latency of less than 0.2ms and a 2.4GHz latency of less than 0.4ms. The wireless model includes AFH adaptive frequency hopping technology. Battery life reaches 730 hours via Bluetooth and 420 hours using the 2.4GHz connection.
Sales for the MX3.0S PRO are scheduled to begin on September 29 at 10:00. Pricing starts at ¥459 for the wired non-backlit version, while the wired RGB model costs ¥599. The wireless RGB variant is priced at ¥799.
