Checkout.com reported that its annualised net revenue reached $750 million, marking a 28 percent year-on-year increase. The company, which holds a valuation of $12 billion, expects to generate $150 million in adjusted EBITDA for 2026. This financial growth follows the firm's initial achievement of profitability in 2024.

The payment provider attributes these results to rising payment volumes and geographic expansion. The company currently operates in 56 countries, holding 10 acquiring licenses. Projections indicate that total payment volume for the full year 2026 will reach $480 billion, with the United States identified as the fastest-growing region.

The firm employs 1,700 people and plans to scale its money management services alongside an accelerated AI strategy focused on agentic commerce and payments. Additionally, the company disclosed an internal treasury transaction involving a $40 million dividend payment from its subsidiary, Checkout Limited, to the parent entity.

Chief Revenue Officer Antoine Nougué stated that sustained profitability allows the company to invest in AI initiatives over the next decade. These disclosures coincide with the publication of financial reports for the company's UK subsidiaries, Checkout Limited and Checkout Technology Limited.
