Chainlink co-founder Sergey Nazarov participated in a panel discussion at the Sibos 2026 conference in Miami. The session, held on September 30, focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence agents and programmable money, exploring how automated software can manage payments and digital assets.
The event, titled 'Future of Value: Part Two, When Money Becomes Intelligent,' featured representatives from Microsoft and Parallax Ventures. This was one of three sessions involving Nazarov, who also addressed the development of global digital asset markets and interoperable financial systems during the conference.
Chainlink expanded its presence at Sibos compared to the previous year. In addition to Nazarov, company representative Ryan Lovell spoke on the role of AI in maintaining payment system stability. The conference agenda included over 500 speakers across more than 250 sessions.
The participation of Chainlink alongside established financial institutions such as DTCC, Clearstream, and IFC highlights the ongoing industry dialogue regarding tokenized assets. These discussions aim to explore paths for institutional adoption of blockchain technology within traditional finance.
