Certinia has introduced a new System of Action designed to support autonomous AI agents within enterprise environments. The platform integrates structured data from CRM and financial systems with unstructured data from daily workflows, such as meeting notes and chat logs.
The architecture features a three-tier system: foundational context, compounding intelligence, and agentic action. This structure combines deterministic reasoning with the company's 17 years of domain expertise to ensure accuracy in complex tasks like revenue recognition.
The company expanded its Veda AI suite by adding 14 new agents, bringing the total to 24. Additionally, the library of Veda Intelligent Actions (VIAs) increased from 64 to 135, allowing agents to perform tasks like parsing resumes and summarizing account health.
The platform supports flexible deployment, enabling users to run agents natively, via Salesforce Agentforce, or through third-party tools like Claude and Microsoft Copilot. Early adopters, including Diabsolut and Siemens, report significant productivity gains.
Certinia aims to achieve full agentic capability coverage across its platform by the end of 2026. Future plans include expanding the ecosystem to include more than 40 AI agents and 300 VIAs.
