BYD has officially introduced its premium Denza Z9GT model to the Thai market. The flagship shooting brake was unveiled in Bangkok on September 16, 2026, marking the debut of the company's flash charging technology and second-generation Blade Battery in the country.
The Denza Z9GT is priced at THB 2,999,900, which is approximately $89,870. The vehicle features the e3 technology platform, which supports advanced handling capabilities. In China, the model offers a maximum CLTC range of 1,036 kilometers for its battery-electric variants.
Denza currently operates in 13 Asia-Pacific markets, with Thailand being the fourth region the brand entered after Hong Kong, Cambodia, and Singapore. The company first announced its entry into Thailand in November 2024 with the D9 MPV.
BYD continues to expand its global charging infrastructure. As of August 2026, the company completed its 10,000th flash charging station in China. The manufacturer aims to continue the global rollout of this technology alongside its vehicle exports.
The company's local presence is supported by a manufacturing plant in Rayong, which began production in July 2024. The facility has an annual capacity of 150,000 vehicles and serves both the Thai market and European export destinations.
