Bureau 1440, a subsidiary of ICS Holding, has unveiled a new line of satellite terminals for its Rassvet low-orbit constellation. The flagship model, 1440.ULTRA, is now in serial production and supports data transmission speeds of up to 700 Mbps.
The 1440.ULTRA terminal measures 600x600 mm and features a 30% weight reduction compared to the pre-production version. The device is IP67-rated for durability and is designed for both stationary industrial use and mobile applications.
The company is also developing the 1440.MINI, a compact 300x300 mm portable terminal. It targets emergency services and field expeditions, aiming for data speeds of approximately 100 Mbps. Production timelines for this model remain undisclosed.
For the rail sector, the 1440.ZEMLYA terminal is currently undergoing testing on Russian Railways trains. It is engineered to maintain stable connectivity at speeds up to 400 km/h, with plans to provide satellite internet access for passengers on long-distance and high-speed trains.
