Bitget Wallet has introduced a Virtual Account feature, allowing users to obtain personal USD and EUR account numbers directly within the self-custodial application. The service is provided in partnership with Noah, a licensed stablecoin payments infrastructure provider.

The system supports incoming transfers via ACH, Fedwire, SEPA, and SWIFT. Upon receipt, funds are automatically converted into USDT or USDC stablecoins. Users retain control of their private keys throughout the process.

The feature is available in over 160 countries and regions, with no requirement for US or EU residency. Users can open these accounts for free, though eligibility for specific currency accounts depends on the user's location.

Bitget Wallet claims the service offers a cost-effective alternative for cross-border transactions, citing a fee of approximately $2 for a $500 ACH transfer. The company targets freelancers and workers receiving remittances.

Currently, the service only supports one-way transfers, meaning users cannot send funds back to external bank accounts. The company expects to enable outbound transfers in the coming months.
