US-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows of $301 million last week. This result ended a two-week period of outflows, during which investors withdrew $228 million and $680 million respectively.
The weekly inflow was driven by a strong start, with $1.08 billion entering the funds between Monday and Wednesday. During this period, the price of Bitcoin reached a weekly high of $84,777.
However, investors withdrew $774 million on Thursday and Friday as the price of Bitcoin declined toward $80,000. Research from DWF Labs indicates that ETF investors typically sell during market dips.
Data from Farside Investors shows that net outflows for October reached approximately $314 million. Meanwhile, US spot Ether ETFs experienced their fourth consecutive week of outflows, totaling $221 million.
