Specific agents are capable of interacting with 1C software, executing operations upon user request, and performing complex data analysis by querying databases to generate reports and charts.
The system architecture allows for deployment within a customer's infrastructure or a private cloud, ensuring data remains within a secure perimeter. The software is listed in the Russian software registry. Beeline emphasizes that these AI tools are intended to assist human specialists, who retain final decision-making authority.
According to Beeline, pilot projects utilizing these AI agents have demonstrated an average response time of 4–5 seconds.
