Avto.ru has introduced an AI-powered assistant for private sellers, integrated into the user's personal account. The tool provides personalized suggestions to improve listing visibility and buyer trust. According to the company, more than 30% of buyers examine a seller's profile before initiating contact.
The system generates up to seven recommendations within the first three days after a listing is published. These tips are tailored to the specific vehicle and remain visible for 14 days, or until the user completes the action or dismisses the notification.
Suggested actions include adjusting the price, updating vehicle specifications, adding interior photos, and completing the seller's profile. The AI may also suggest writing a post in the 'Bortzhurnal' section, adding maintenance history, or using the 'Boost in Search' service.
The feature is currently available on the Avto.ru website and mobile application. The company is operating the tool in a test mode and plans to refine the recommendations based on user feedback.
