Avito has expanded its secure transaction service to cover five new categories of remote services. These include programming, CRM setup, website and application development, marketplace infographics, and AI-based content generation.
The mechanism functions by reserving the client's funds in a dedicated account. The service provider receives payment only after the customer confirms the completion of the work. In case of disputes, an independent arbitration team reviews the order history and chat logs.
The platform has also introduced new management tools for orders. Providers can now share portfolios via links with previews. If project requirements change, parties can modify existing orders without creating new ones. Additionally, the system now includes deadlines and one-click cancellation for clients if terms are violated.
According to company data, the updated service categories serve an audience of 1.5 million users. Research by Avito Services indicates that 75% of users consider security mechanisms when selecting a specialist, while 48% view these guarantees as the deciding factor for hiring.
